We pride ourselves in carrying on the tradition of building quality homes in Metro Detroit. 

We have homes available in Rochester, Berkley, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, New Haven, Chesterfield and Ferndale.

Mary Ann Palazzolo grew up in the building and real estate industry. She is a Jill of all trades: real estate agent, builder, designer, and investor.

She started working in lumber yards in high school, which is where her love of design and the housing process grew. After building her own business, she came together with her family to grow and develop Palazzolo Properties and Homes.

You can find her on job sites with her dog, Caesar when she’s not designing and building homes. Otherwise, she’s on amazing travel adventures with friends or family. 

Sal Palazzolo named after his father, a 3rd generation builder has been immersed in construction since before he could legally drive. Working with some of the best builders and developers in Michigan, he became successful in this industry on his own and then came over to join forces with his family. Now a 4th generation builder with a new company Palazzolo Properties and Homes LLC or P2 Homes for short.

He loves being out on the field and working with contractors. You can find him in the gym or with family in his spare time.
